Full payment must be completed as per the payment deadline communicated by Namma Trip to confirm the booking.

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Flight tickets, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, meals, and activities are included only as specified in the final itinerary.

Travellers must carry valid travel documents and comply with Thailand's immigration and entry requirements.

Any additional expenses, personal purchases, meals, or services not mentioned in the itinerary will be at the traveller's own cost.

Sightseeing schedules and activity timings may change due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travellers must follow the instructions provided by the tour coordinator, local guides, and service providers.

Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or other facilities by a traveller will be chargeable to the responsible individual.

Namma Trip will coordinate the confirmed travel services as per the itinerary, subject to the applicable supplier terms and conditions.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Namma Trip.

Airline cancellation policy: Flight cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the respective airline's fare rules and conditions.

Hotel and supplier cancellation policy: Hotel stays, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, cruise tickets, and island excursions are subject to the cancellation terms of the respective suppliers.

Non-refundable bookings and confirmed activity tickets may not be eligible for a refund.

Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, and non-refundable service fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund processing timelines depend on the airline, hotel, activity provider, and payment processing procedures.

In case of cancellations or changes due to weather, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond control, alternative arrangements or refunds will be subject to the relevant supplier's policy.

No specific refund amount or timeline is guaranteed unless confirmed under the applicable booking terms.

All travellers must maintain discipline and behave respectfully throughout the trip.

Participants must follow the tour coordinator's instructions and adhere to the announced reporting times.

Punctuality is essential. Delays caused by individual travellers may result in missed transfers, sightseeing activities, or other scheduled services.

Respect local customs, Thai culture, religious practices, and temple dress codes. Appropriate clothing is required when visiting temples.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and other restricted activities must comply with local laws, venue rules, and applicable safety guidelines.

Travellers must respect fellow group members, hotel staff, drivers, guides, and local residents. Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Follow all safety instructions during the Coral Island excursion, boat transfers, and other water-based activities. Wear life jackets whenever instructed.

Do not litter, damage public property, disturb wildlife, or engage in prohibited activities.

Keep personal belongings, passports, money, and valuables secure. Namma Trip is not responsible for personal items lost or left unattended.

Travellers are responsible for their personal conduct and any fines, damages, or penalties resulting from violations of local laws or supplier rules.

The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

Travellers are expected to cooperate with the group and ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful travel experience for everyone.
