Itinerary

DAY 0 – Thursday Night 

  • Start from Bangalore

DAY 1 – Friday 

  • Reach munnar at early morning.
  • Freshup at the hotel arranged by the crew, Have kerala breakfast.
  • Visit Eravikulam national park which has the largest surviving population of Nilgiri tahr and few other local mammal species.
  • Have lunch and then off to a 2 way Zipline followed by a waterfall trek – One KM (Zipline is self sponsered)
  • Check-in to one the best campsites of munnar with view of the dam.
  • Enjoy the scenic view from the campsite.
  • Have home made dinner and end the day partying beside the campfire along with music.

DAY 02 – Saturday 

  • Starting the day with a morning trek – 1 km through a lush green tea estate enjoying the beauty of munnar.
  • Have breakfast and then off to one of the best dams of munnar, Anaerangal dam. A dam where elephants come down to the shore to drink water and can be spotted easily.
  • Next destination is an offbeat trek to a hill named phantom rock 2.5km one side. It’s a easy-moderate trek after which you get a very scenic view from the summit.
  • Check-in to the resort and enjoy the activities.

DAY 03 – Sunday 

  • Starts with an offroad jeep trek in the early morning 4.30am.
  • One hour of offroad jeep trek which takes you to see the sunrise from the world famous Kolukkumalai peak.
  • Experience the once of the kind view from the peak which is located 7900 feet msl and then head back to the resort.
  • Shop for the fresh farm products and spices of munnar
  • Off to a view point in Idukki where the winds are strong, gutsy and powerfull. You can also find a lot of windmills there. Hold on to yourself, it will be one of the best views of Theni.
  • After enjoying the view we will be heading back to Bangalore & Reach Bangalore the next day early Morning

Pick up points & Timings

  • Drop points are same as the pickup points
  • Once you’ve booked your tickets, we will reach out to you and provide you with more information like exact pick-up times, exact location, coach details and more on Whatsapp.
  • Any changes in Pick Up locations will be notified to the participants 10-12 hrs before the start of the trip.

  • Water bottles are at least 1-2 liters

  • A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore

  • A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
  • One Steel box if you want to carry energy boosters like Chocolate bars, flavored milk, Juice packs, Glucon-D, etc. should keep waste rappers with self, till you reach back to homestay or bangalore, it is necessary to maintain forest cleanliness as a traveler

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

  • Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
  • Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
  • The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
  • The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
  • NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.
  • We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
  • You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
  • We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
  • We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
  • Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
  • Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport to the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
  • Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol is banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
  • Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
