ITINERARY

The following detailed itinerary provides a day-by-day breakdown of your exciting Goa adventure. From your late-evening departure from Bangalore to the moment you arrive back home, we’ve outlined your activities and experiences to make the most of your trip. Let’s dive into the specifics.

Day 0 : Departure from Bengalore

Your Goa adventure begins with an overnight journey from Bangalore. Our representative will pick you up in the late evening from the following convenient locations:
Indiranagar – Karachi Bakery
Domlur – Union Bank
Yeshwantpur – Metro Station Market Exit
Gurguntepalya – People Tree Hospital
Prepare for a comfortable journey through a Bus(Non – A/C Pushback seater), tailored to the size of our group. Get ready for an exciting getaway to Goa!

Meals: Please have your dinner before boarding the vehicle.

Day 1: Goa Exploration

Arrive in Goa, the “Pearl of the Orient,” known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich culture.
Enjoy a delicious (Self-sponsored) breakfast on the way
Reach Goa and head to your hotel for check-in on or before 2pm (According to hotel policy) and settle into your accommodation.
Begin your exploration of North Goa with a visit to the iconic Baga Beach, famous for its pristine sands and water sports.
Spend your afternoon at the hotel, relaxing and unwinding. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay

Day 2: Exploring North Goa

Discover More of North Goa: After breakfast, set out to explore more of North Goa’s attractions, including:
Aguada Fort: Experience the historic Aguada Fort, where you can marvel at panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and learn about its colonial past.
Dona Paula: Explore the scenic viewpoint and beach of Dona Paula, known for its romantic legend and picturesque setting.
Indulge in a delicious lunch at a local restaurant to fuel your adventures.
Anjuna Beach: Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of Anjuna Beach, famous for its lively flea market and bustling vibe.
Unwind in the comfort of your room for another relaxing night in North Goa. Enjoy the perfect blend of history, romance, and beach vibes on your Goa getaway.

Day 3: Departure and Sightseeing

Explore South Goa: After a fulfilling breakfast, bid farewell to your hotel in North Goa and set off to discover the serene landscapes of South Goa.
Your South Goa adventure awaits, with visits to:
Basilica of Bom Jesus: Immerse yourself in the UNESCO-listed Basilica of Bom Jesus, renowned for its magnificent baroque architecture and religious significance.
Sé Cathedral: Marvel at the grandeur of Sé Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia, and admire its breathtaking architecture.
Colva Beach: Unwind and soak up the tranquility at Colva Beach, celebrated for its serene ambience and picturesque views.
Take a break and savour a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, indulging in the flavours of Goan cuisine.
As the day draws to a close, reflect on your South Goa exploration, filled with awe-inspiring sights and memorable experiences.

Accommodations

3-star hotel under double occupancy (quarter sharing). Check in at your hotel and complete the necessary formalities. Also, the rooms being allotted upon arrival are only for freshening up (on a sharing basis, girls and boys separate) and later after completing the sightseeing on day 1, the same and additional rooms will be allotted on double occupancy. In case rooms are available the rooms will be allotted on the arrival. At rare scenarios where there is any delay to check in to your hotel rooms our dedicated tour captains are committed to enhancing your experience by exploring nearby places.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Cleanliness is Our top priority. Please do not throw trash out anywhere in the open.
You should carry your own equipment, like bags, sticks, etc.
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.
Namma Trip is not responsible for misplacing/loss of any personal belongings.
Consumption of alcohol, intoxicants, and smoking would not be tolerated during the entire course of the journey and the trip. Kindly co-operate with us to make the experience more fun.
The Food that shall be provided will be Basic Veg Food. We do not serve Non-Veg Food.
In the case of traffic delays or breakdowns, expect a little delay in reaching the destination.
Do not keep any luggage on the property
New Year Celebration, Shows are subject to permissions by local permissions/order by the panchayat and police of Goa. In case of any disputes or last-minute orders leading to the cancellation of the New Year celebrations, Namma Trip shall not be responsible and refund any amount for the same.
NOTE – We will create a Whatsapp group on departure date and we will be updating all the information in the group. So kindly while booking give us your WhatsApp number so that we can share the information with you. Or else enter your WhatsApp number in the additional information page after the checkout page.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

To organize a trek we need at least 10/12 participants.
If the minimum number of bookings is not there we will give the alternate trek, or we will do the refund.
Stay in on the sharing basis
Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
Namma Trip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.
We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your arrangements for transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Nammaa Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their transport on the way back, Namma Trip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trip. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
