- Strong backpack for trekking

- Water bottles are at least 1-2 litres

- Please don’t carry these while trekking: 1) Plastic Water Bottles (refilling to non-plastic bottles is available)2) Plastic Lunch Box.

Itinerary
- Get picked up in Bangalore from the following pickup points.
- Vehicle: Non-AC with push-back seats for a comfortable overnight journey.
- On the first day of your Netravathi Trek, you will reach the homestay around 6:00 AM
- You will finish your breakfast and carry a packed lunch (In your empty steel box)
- Later, reach the trek base camp through a jeep ride.
- Around 9:00 AM, start the trek to Netravathi Peak, where you will cover a distance of 12 km (both ways).
- You can finish your packed lunch at the peak.
- Soak in the serene views from the peak.
- After finishing the trek around 6:00 PM, you will reach the homestay again.
- Enjoy the bonfire (If weather permits)
- Savour the delicious dinner and retire for the night.

Policies
Terms And Conditions - Netravathi Trek from Bangalore
- To organize a trek, we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.
- Make sure to book your slots 3 days before departure; if not, your bookings will not be accepted.
- Age limit: 10+
- We need a minimum of 8 participants for each trek with the official permits for us to conduct the event.
- If Netravathi is unavailable, participants can choose from Kudremukha, Kurinjal, or Gadaikallu as alternate treks.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
- Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
- The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
- The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
- NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewelry, etc.
- We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
- You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings, varying from destination to destination.
- We have designated pick up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transports to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
- Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning, and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their transport to the way back; Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Namma trip can make changes in iternanry due to some restriction or wheather condition.
- As it is a group trek, everyone's opinion matters here to visit the replaced places.
- We expect all passengers to support with condition and situation.
- Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
- Once booked, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
- Kindly note that seats are unreserved, and no specific seat numbers will be provided. It's all about the early birds—arrive first and pick your spot!

Cancellation Policy - Netravathi Trek from Bangalore
- 0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- If trips or activities get canceled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
Important Notes - Netravathi Trek from Bangalore
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- Kindly ensure your slot is booked before every Wednesday.
- Please carry the original ID proof (same as the one submitted for the trek permit) – it is mandatory for verification at the forest checkpoint.
- Please note that the itinerary inter changed in case of permit issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Day 1 might include sightseeing, and trekking will be shifted to Day 2. Additionally, the return to Bangalore could be delayed due to such adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
