Itinerary
11:30 PM – Begin pickup from Bangalore
- 02:00 AM – Arrival at Thakurwadi: Reach the base village of Thakurwadi and get ready for the overnight trekking experience.
- 02:30 AM – Introduction & Trek Briefing: Meet the trek leader and receive a brief introduction along with important route information and safety instructions.
- 03:00 AM – Trek Begins: Start the trek towards Prabalmachi under the early morning sky, following the forest trail towards the base camp.
- 04:30 AM – Reach Prabalmachi: Arrive at the local base accommodation and take a short break before continuing with the day's adventure.
- 05:00 AM – Freshen Up & Breakfast: Freshen up and enjoy breakfast at the base accommodation.
- 06:00 AM – Trek Towards Kalavantin Durg: Begin the ascent towards Kalavantin Durg, following the increasingly steep and rocky trail.
- 07:00 AM – Reach Kalavantin Fort: Arrive at the fort and spend time exploring the summit while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding Sahyadri ranges and Prabalgad.
- 09:00 AM – Descend Towards Prabalmachi: Begin the descent from Kalavantin Durg and make your way back towards the base accommodation at Prabalmachi.
- 10:30 AM – Reach Base & Freshen Up: Arrive at the base accommodation, freshen up, and take some time to relax.
- 11:00 AM – Lunch at Local Village House: Enjoy a traditional lunch served at a local villager's home.
- 12:00 PM – Descend to Base Village: Begin the final descent towards Thakurwadi through the same trail.
- 01:00 PM – Journey Towards Pune / Panvel: Complete the trek and begin the return journey towards Pune or Panvel, depending on the selected route.

• Minimum 10–12 participants required to organize the trek/trip
• If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or reschedule will be offered; no refunds
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date
• Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic, permits, or government restrictions
• Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
• Average fitness level required; organizers are not responsible if participants cannot complete the trek
• Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
• Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
• Alcohol, smoking, misbehavior, or delays will lead to immediate termination without refund
• Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
• In case of organizer cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable (third-party policies apply)
• Arrive at pickup point at least 20 minutes early; transport to pickup point is the participant’s responsibility

Cancellation Policy - Kalavantin Durg Trek
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
• Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
• Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
• Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
• 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
• 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
• If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
