- Overnight Journey from Bangalore to Mangalore by Car (NON-AC)
- Departure Time: Around 10:00 PM from Bangalore.
- Overnight Travel to Mangalore.
- Arrive in Mangalore and freshen up.
- Visit St. Aloysius Chapel and admire its beautiful artwork.
- Explore the Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Temple.
- Visit the historic Sultan Battery and enjoy riverfront views.
- Relax at Panambur Beach and enjoy optional water activities.
- Visit Surathkal (NITK) Beach and its iconic lighthouse.
- Stop at the Mangalore Port Backwaters for scenic views.
- Enjoy a stunning sunset at Tannirbhavi Beach.

- Strong backpack for trekking
- Water bottles are at least 1-2 litres
- Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
- A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore
- Sunscreen and sunglasses (optional)

- Toiletries: – comb, towel, soap, tissue paper, Toothbrush and other essentials etc. (if necessary)
- A raincoat or a poncho

- A torch with new batteries (can be managed by mobile light)
- Please don’t carry these this while trekking;
- 1) Plastic Water Bottles (refilling to non-plastic bottles is available)
- 2) Plastic Lunch Box. (Carry one empty non-plastic Tiffin/Lunch Box)
- 3) Carrying Snacks is allowed only without any plastic wrappers while trekking. ( Fill ur snacks into the box without wrappers) All these instructions apply only on the first day of trekking

Terms And Conditions - Mangalore Coastal Escape
• Minimum 10–12 participants required to organise the trek/trip
• If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or reschedule will be offered; no refunds
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the original date
• Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic, permits, or government restrictions
• Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
• Average fitness level required; organisers are not responsible if participants cannot complete the trek
• Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
• Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
• Alcohol, smoking, misbehavior, or delays will lead to immediate termination without refund
• Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
• In case of organizer cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable (third-party policies apply)
• Arrive at pickup point at least 20 minutes early; transport to pickup point is the participant’s responsibility
• Bookings may be shifted to a verified partner if required
• Management’s decision is final; rights of admission reserved
• Booking without reading the itinerary and T&C is solely the customer’s responsibility
Cancellation Policy - Mangalore Coastal Escape
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organizer cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
• Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
• Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
• Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
• 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
• 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
• If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
