0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15-30 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.
Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
If trips or activities get canceled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
