Itinerary

    11:30 PM –  Begin pickup from Bangalore

    • 04:00 AM – Arrival at Thitabi Base Village: Reach Thitabi Base Village and prepare for an exciting day of trekking and nature exploration.
    • 04:00 AM – 05:00 AM – Freshen Up & Breakfast: Freshen up and enjoy a delicious breakfast before beginning the trek.
    • 06:00 AM – Trek Begins: Start the Kalu Waterfall Trek through scenic forest trails, lush greenery, and the beautiful landscapes of the Sahyadri Mountains.
    • 08:00 AM – Reach Kalu Waterfall: Arrive at the magnificent Kalu Waterfall and spend time admiring its breathtaking surroundings. Relax, enjoy the natural beauty, and capture memorable photographs.
    • 09:00 AM – Begin the Descent: Start trekking back towards the base village, following the scenic trail through the forest.
    • 12:00 PM – Return to Base & Freshen Up: Reach the hotel or base village and take some time to freshen up and relax after the trek.
    • 01:00 PM – Lunch: Enjoy a satisfying Veg/Non-Veg lunch before beginning the return journey.
    • 02:00 PM – Departure Towards Pune / Mumbai: Complete the trek and begin the journey back to Pune or Mumbai, carrying unforgettable memories of the waterfall adventure.
    • 08:00 PM – Arrival at Drop-Off Point: Reach your respective drop-off location, marking the end of a refreshing and adventurous Kalu Waterfall Trek. Arrival time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

Minimum 10–12 participants required to organize the trek/trip
• If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or reschedule will be offered; no refunds
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date
• Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic, permits, or government restrictions
• Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
• Average fitness level required; organizers are not responsible if participants cannot complete the trek
• Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
• Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
• Alcohol, smoking, misbehavior, or delays will lead to immediate termination without refund
• Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
• In case of organizer cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable (third-party policies apply)
• Arrive at pickup point at least 20 minutes early; transport to pickup point is the participant’s responsibility
• Bookings may be shifted to a verified partner if required
• Management’s decision is final; rights of admission reserved
• Booking without reading the itinerary and T&C is solely the customer’s responsibility

Cancellation Policy - Kalu Waterfall Trek

Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
• Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
• Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
• Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellation Policy
• 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
• 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
• If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
