* Trek permits are issued solely by the Forest Department and are subject to availability.
* If trek permits are not issued, an alternative trek/trip on the same date or a reschedule option will be provided. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
* Vehicles will be arranged based on the final number of participants.
* If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip may be operated with our partner vendors or an alternative trek/trip will be offered.

* Accommodation is basic and located in nature/forest-side areas. Please do not expect luxury stay facilities.
* Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis, with separate arrangements for men and women wherever applicable.
* Participants must follow the instructions of the Trip Captain/Guide throughout the trip.
* Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and use of illegal substances during the trip are strictly prohibited.
* Littering is strictly prohibited. Please help us keep nature clean.

* 0–15 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation charges).
* 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
* More than 30 days before departure: Full refund.
Itinerary
Day 0: Departure from Bangalore (Overnight Journey)
Vehicle: Non-AC with push-back seats for a comfortable overnight journey.

Reach the homestay around 6:00 AM after an overnight journey from Bangalore

Freshen up and enjoy a local breakfast

09:00 AM – Start the Gangadikal Trek (inside Kudremukh National Park)

Trek distance: ~10 km (round trip) through shola forests, misty meadows & streams

Terms And Conditions - Gangadikal Trek from Bangalore
- To organise a trek, we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.
- Make sure to book your slots 3 days before departure; if not, your bookings will not be accepted.
- Age limit: 10+
- We need a minimum of 8 participants for each trek with the official permits for us to conduct the event.
- If Netravathi is unavailable, participants can choose from Kudremukha, Kurinjal, or Gadaikallu as alternate treks.
- MANAGEMENT DECISION IS A FINAL DECISION.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
- Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.

Cancellation Policy - Gangadikal Trek from Bangalore
Refund Policy
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds
are initiated after the trip date.
* Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
* Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
* Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for
rescheduling or refund.
* If trek permits are not issued, an alternative trek/trip on the same date or a reschedule option will be provided. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
* 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
* 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the
original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
