* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before and within 30 days of the
original date

permits, or government restrictions

* Average fitness level required; organisers are not responsible if participants cannot
complete the trek

Cancellation Policy - Dudhsagar Waterfalls Trek from Bangalore

Refund Policy
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds
are initiated after the trip date.
* Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
* Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
* Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for
rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
* 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
* 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the
original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
* If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.

Important Notes - Dudhsagar Waterfalls Trek from Bangalore

* As per Forest Department regulations, visitors are permitted only up to the designated Viewpoint/Watch Tower.
* Entry to the lower section of Dudhsagar Waterfalls, the railway bridge, waterfall pool and other restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
* The trekking route will be decided by the Local Forest Department-approved Guide on the day of the trek based on weather conditions, forest regulations, safety considerations and operational requirements.
* Depending on the route permitted for that particular day, the trek may be conducted through forest trails, (railway tracks ?), or a combination of both.
* Participants must strictly follow the route assigned by the Forest Department and the instructions of the Local Forest Guide and Thripzel Trek Leader.
* Requests for a specific trekking route cannot be accommodated.
