valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
* Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
* Alcohol, smoking, misbehaviour, or delays will lead to immediate termination without
refund
* Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
* In case of organiser cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days

Refund Policy
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds
are initiated after the trip date.
* Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
* Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
* Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for
rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
* 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
* 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the
original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
* If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be added to a WhatsApp group on the departure day around 6 PM for all trek updates. Carrying the original ID proof (same as submitted for the trek permit) is mandatory for verification at the forest checkpoint.

Please note that the itinerary may change due to permit issues or unforeseen circumstances. Trekking and sightseeing days may be interchanged, and the return to Bangalore may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
