Itinerary
11:30 PM – Begin pickup from Bangalore
- 06:00 AM – Pickup from Bangalore: Guests who have selected the transportation variant will be picked up from the designated pickup points across Bangalore.
- 08:30 AM – Breakfast Break: Stop at a suitable location along the way and enjoy breakfast before continuing towards the Minchukallu Betta trekking destination.
- 10:30 AM – Arrival at Trek Base & Trek Begins: Reach the Minchukallu Betta trek starting point and begin the ascent through rocky trails, undulating terrain, and scenic natural surroundings.
- 12:10 PM – Reach Minchukallu Betta Peak: Arrive at the summit and spend some time exploring the peak. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and Tumakuru countryside while capturing memorable moments.
- 02:00 PM – Vegetarian Lunch: Head to a nearby restaurant and enjoy a vegetarian lunch. The meal will be self-sponsored unless included in the package.
- 03:30 PM – Water Activities at Mydala Lake: Proceed to Mydala Lake and enjoy water-based activities such as kayaking and swimming. Relax by the lake and make the most of the scenic surroundings.
- 05:00 PM – Return Journey to Bangalore: Complete the day's trekking and water activities, then begin the journey back to Bangalore.
- 07:30 PM – Arrival in Bangalore: Reach Bangalore and conclude the Minchukallu Betta and Mydala Lake day trip. The arrival time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date

• Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
• Average fitness level required; organizers are not responsible if participants cannot complete the trek

• Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
• Alcohol, smoking, misbehavior, or delays will lead to immediate termination without refund
• Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
• In case of organizer cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable (third-party policies apply)
• Arrive at pickup point at least 20 minutes early; transport to pickup point is the participant’s responsibility

Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
• Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
• Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
• Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
• 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
• 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
• If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
