Itinerary
11:30 PM – Begin pickup from Bangalore
- 06:30 AM: Pickup from Bangalore – Guests who have selected the transportation option will be picked up from the designated pickup points.
- 08:30 AM: Breakfast at Triquetra Resort – Reach Triquetra Resort and enjoy breakfast before beginning the trek.
- 10:30 AM: Start the SRS Betta Trek – Reach the SRS Betta trek base and begin the climb through scenic rocky trails and natural surroundings.
- 12:00 PM: Reach SRS Betta Peak – Arrive at the summit and enjoy the surrounding views.
- 12:30 PM: Begin the Descent – Start trekking down towards the base via the same route.
- 01:30 PM: Lunch at Triquetra Resort – Return to the resort and enjoy lunch.
- 03:00 PM: Water Activities – Enjoy kayaking and jumping activities at Triquetra Resort.
- 05:00 PM: Tea and Snacks – Take a short break and enjoy tea and snacks.
- 05:30 PM: Checkout & Return Journey – Check out from the resort and begin the journey back to Bangalore.
- 06:30 PM: Arrival in Bangalore – Reach Bangalore and conclude the day’s adventure.

Minimum 10–12 participants required to organize the trek/trip
• If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or reschedule will be offered; no refunds
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date
• Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic, permits, or government restrictions
• Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
• Average fitness level required; organizers are not responsible if participants cannot complete the trek
• Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
• Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
• Alcohol, smoking, misbehavior, or delays will lead to immediate termination without refund
• Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
• In case of organizer cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable (third-party policies apply)
• Arrive at pickup point at least 20 minutes early; transport to pickup point is the participant’s responsibility
• Bookings may be shifted to a verified partner if required
• Management’s decision is final; rights of admission reserved
• Booking without reading the itinerary and T&C is solely the customer’s responsibility
Cancellation Policy - SRS Betta Day Trek with Water Activities
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds are initiated after the trip date.
• Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
• Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
• Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
• 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
• 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior and within 30 days of the original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
• If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
