Cancellation Policy - Hampi Trip From Bangalore

  • To organize a trek/trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
  • If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek/trip or reschedule.
  • Any requests for rescheduling the trek/trip will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the trip’s original start date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made within one month (30 days) of the original trip date. After this period, no rescheduling will be allowed, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
  • The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or other situational factors
  • Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed and communicated before the trek; delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
  • Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
  • Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
  • The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
  • The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
  • NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
  • We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
