- NammaTrip is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may happen during the event. Please take care while trekking.
- If anyone consumes alcohol, misbehaves, or causes delays, they will be removed from the trek without a refund. They will also have to arrange their transport back.
- If there are unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. We will try to offer an alternative, but no refunds will be given in this case.
- If you booked a ticket from a third party, refunds are handled by them and are subject to their policies. Once you book a ticket, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time for a smooth check-in.
- Namma Trip is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic or external factors. Customers should not blame the company for such delays and must plan accordingly.
- All decisions made by NammaTrip’s management are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- 15-30 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.

- If trips or activities get canceled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
