- Strong backpack for trekking
- Good trekking shoes (Mandatory)
- Water bottles are at least 1-2 litres
- Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
- A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore

Policies
Terms And Conditions - Didupe Waterfalls Trek – Hidden Gem of the Western
- To organise a trek, we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.
- Make sure to book your slots 3 days before departure; if not, your bookings will not be accepted.
- Age limit: 10+
- We need a minimum of 8 participants for each trek with the official permits for us to conduct the event.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
- Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
- The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
- The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
- NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
- We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
- You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings, varying from destination to destination.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own arrangements for transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
- Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing a delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning, and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their transport to the way back; Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled, and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Namma trip can make changes in the itinerary due to some restrictions or weather conditions.
- As it is a group trek, everyone's opinion matters here to visit the replaced places.
- We expect all passengers to support the conditions and situation.
- Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
- Once booked, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
- Kindly note that seats are unreserved, and no specific seat numbers will be provided. It's all about the early birds—arrive first and pick your spot!

Cancellation Policy - Didupe Waterfalls Trek – Hidden Gem of the Western
- 0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- If trips or activities get canceled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.

- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- Please note that during our treks, we are required to follow all rules and regulations set by local authorities and forest departments. In case of any unforeseen restrictions, route changes, or access limitations imposed by these departments, we request your kind cooperation and understanding.
- Your safety and the preservation of nature are our top priorities, and we may need to adjust the itinerary accordingly.
