Itinerary
- On Friday, get picked up in Bangalore from the following pickup points.
- Vehicle: Non-AC with push-back seats for a comfortable overnight journey.

Take a jeep ride to the trek base camp

- Kindly note that seats are unreserved, and no specific seat numbers will be provided. It's all about the early birds—arrive first and pick your spot!
- Any kind of speakers are not allowed during the trek.
- We need at least 10-12 participants for the trek to take place. If we don’t meet this number, we’ll either offer you an alternative trek or provide a reschedule.
- Our facilities are clean and basic but not luxurious. Please come prepared for a simple, nature-filled experience.
- We have designated pick-up and drop-off points. Make sure you arrange your transport to the chosen pick-up point.
- NammaTrip is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may happen during the event. Please take care while trekking.
- If anyone consumes alcohol, misbehaves, or causes delays, they will be removed from the trek without a refund. They will also have to arrange their transport back.
- If there are unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. We will try to offer an alternative, but no refunds will be given in this case.
- Refunds are handled by a third party and are subject to their policies. Once you book a ticket, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time for a smooth check-in.
- Namma Trip is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic or external factors. Customers should not blame the company for such delays and must plan accordingly.
- All decisions made by NammaTrip’s management are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- 0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- If trips or activities get canceled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.

- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek
- Please carry the original ID proof (same as the one submitted for the trek permit) – it is mandatory for verification at the forest checkpoint.
- Please note that the itinerary inter change in case of permit issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Day 1 might include sightseeing, and trekking will be shifted to Day 2.
