ITINERARY

The following detailed itinerary provides a day-by-day breakdown of your exciting Netravathi trek. From your late-evening departure from Bangalore to the moment you arrive back home, we’ve outlined your activities and experiences to make the most of your trip. Let’s dive into the specifics.

Day 0 : Departure from Bangalore

On Friday, Get picked up in Bengaluru from the following points and start your journey towards Netravathi.
Travel in private Non A/C pushback seater. Pick-up points include:
Indiranagar – Karachi Bakery
Domlur – Union Bank
Yeshwantpur – Metro Station Market Exit
Gorgunte Playa – People Tree Hospital

Meals : Please have your dinner before boarding the vehicle

Day 1 : Netravathi Trek (5,000ft) (16km)

On the first day, you will reach Homestay Early Morning. (Off-road experience) – Off road vehicle.
After having breakfast, Reach the Forest check post. By 09:00 AM, Start trekking to the top of Off-beat Peak which is around 5 KM both ways.
En route to the peak, have packed lunch midway.
Once we reach the top, all of us can enjoy the relishing view of the serenity the peak has to offer.
Drive towards Eluru Waterfalls. It’s approximately 5 km away, so it shouldn’t take too long.
Explore Eluru Waterfalls, enjoy the serene atmosphere, and if weather permits, take a refreshing dip in the cool waters.
Depart for Kyatanamakki Hill Station in Kalasa. It’s advisable to start early to reach before sunset.
Arrive at Kyatanamakki Hill Station and explore the area. Take a short hike to a vantage point to witness the sunset over the hills. Don’t forget to capture the mesmerizing views.
Once you reach the homestay, freshen up and have high tea.
After a while, have dinner and retire for the night.
Enjoy the bonfire, depending on weather conditions.

Day 2 : Sightseeing and Departure

Start your morning with breakfast at the Homestay
Check out and prepare for your return journey to Bangalore, by visiting:
Yagachi Water Sports, you can enjoy activities such as jet ski, speed boat, banana boat, bumper ride, kayaking, and cruise boat (additional cost for activities).
Belur Chennakesava Temple stands as a magnificent testament to intricate Hoysala architecture, a captivating expression of rich cultural heritage.
Halebidu Temple (Hoysaleswara Temple) an architectural marvel of ancient India, boasts intricate carvings and a storied history, offering a glimpse into the cultural heritage of the region.
Savor lunch (self-sponsored).
Collect cherished memories and depart for Bangalore.

Note: You’ll reach back to Bangalore between 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight.
