Terms And Conditions - Uttari Betta Sunrise Trek From Bangalore
- To organise a trek, we need at least 10-12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.
- Age limit: 10+
- If permits are not available for a particular trek, we will offer you an alternate trek. Or a refund will be initiated.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious.
- The mentioned trekking time will follow when the forest team permit us to start trekking at the mentioned time.
- If the permits are not given on time, the timing of the trek may vary accordingly.
- Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
- The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
- NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
- We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
- You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings, varying from destination to destination.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
- Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing a delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning, and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back; Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility for terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
- Please note that the permit is not included by default. If you wish to obtain the permit, we can arrange it for you at an additional cost.
- After booking, please make sure to contact the organiser. Your trip will only be confirmed after this communication. Booking alone does not guarantee confirmation.

- If permits are not available for a particular trek, we will offer you an alternate trek. Or a refund will be initiated.
- 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative, feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to the cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Once your booking is confirmed and the minimum number of slots has filled [i.e, 10-12 people] for the trek, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6-8 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
