Dandeli has come to be a usual place for nature fanatics from India and elsewhere. The biodiversity in the woodland has attracted enough tourism to flourish in Dandeli.
The authorities have promoted eco-tourism with right plans for the wholesome breeding of untamed animals.

Gokarna:

Gokarna is a small city at the Western Coastal line having many beautiful beaches which function as fine offbeat weekend locations for hiking.
The whole trek will consist of seeing different beaches, which is on the way of your trekking journey. This is a great trip for those who are in love with beaches and those who want to take a break from the mundane life.

Gokarna Dandeli Tour Package Itinerary

Day 0 – Departure From Bangalore

Start From Bangalore at 09:00 PM
You will be picked up in a Non-A/C Shared Bus to reach Dandeli

Day 1 – Reach Dandeli

We will arrive at Dandeli by 9 AM and check in to our campsite.
Next, on our plan is a thrilling river rafting experience on River Kali.
You can indulge in various water sports activities as well.
Have a delicious lunch and relax for some time.
Indulge in some more activities curated by our team.
The return to the camp would be followed by a bonfire night and bonding with your fellow travellers.
After having dinner, it is time for a good sleep.

Day 3 – Exploring Gokarna

Fresh up and Have breakfast
Reach Gokarna
Lose yourself on the beautiful roads that lead you to various beaches one by one during your trek. You will come across On beach, Half Moon beach and many more during your trek.
Have a lunch self-sponsored
Head back to the base camp by night, where plenty of fun activities and sports await you, curated by our team.
A delicious dinner will be served.
Relax and stargaze while lying down on the sand.
Have a sound sleep listening to the music of the waves at night.

Drop points are the same as the pickup points.
Once you’ve booked your tickets, we will reach out to you and provide you with more information like exact pick-up times, exact location, coach details and more on WhatsApp.
Any changes in Pick Up locations will be notified to the participants 10-12 hrs before the start of the trip.

Water bottles are at least 1-2 liters
Extra set of clothes (if necessary)
A Poly Bag to carry your wet clothes back to Bangalore
Sunscreen and sunglasses (optional)
Cap/hat
Toiletries: – comb, towel, soap, tissue paper, Toothbrush and other essentials etc. (if necessary)
Raincoat or a poncho
Personal medication if any
Sweaters/Jacket to bear the cold weather
Good trekking shoes
Camera/DSLR (if interested)
Extra cash for Personal expenses/Meals not included

Important Notes

Cleanliness is Our top most priority.Please do not throw trash out anywhere in the open.
Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by self, like bags, sticks, etc.
As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destinations to destinations.
NammaTrip is not responsible for misplacing/loss of any personal belongings.

Gokarna Dandeli Tour Package Cancellation Policy

0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Terms and Conditions

To organize a trek we need at least 10/12 participants.
If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or provide a refund.
Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
Namma Trip can make changes in ternary due to some restrictions or weather conditions.
As it is a group trek, everyone’s opinion matters here to visit the replaced places.
we expect all passengers to support us with their condition and situation.
If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
