- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek/trip or reschedule.

- Rescheduling requests must be made within one month (30 days) of the original trip date. After this period, no rescheduling will be allowed, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
- The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or other situational factors
- Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed and communicated before the trek; delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
