- If there are unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try to offer an alternative, but no refunds will be given in this case.
- Refunds are handled by a third party and are subject to their policies. Once you book a ticket, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
