    • Begin your Himalayan journey from Kathgodam and travel towards Pithoragarh, covering approximately 210 km through scenic mountain roads.

    • Stop at Kainchi Dham, the renowned Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, and spend some peaceful moments in the serene surroundings.

    • Proceed towards Jageshwar Dham, an ancient group of temples known for its spiritual significance, historic charm, and beautiful Himalayan setting.

    • Continue the picturesque drive through winding mountain roads and breathtaking landscapes towards Pithoragarh.

    • Reach Pithoragarh by evening, check in to the hotel, freshen up, and relax after a scenic day of travel.

    • After breakfast, depart from Pithoragarh and begin the approximately 100 km scenic drive towards Dharchula.

    • Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan landscapes, winding mountain roads, and picturesque valleys along the route.

    • Arrive in Dharchula, check in to the hotel, freshen up, and take some time to relax.

* Minimum 10–12 participants required to organise the trek/trip
* If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or
Reschedule will be offered; no refunds
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before and within 30 days of the
original date
* Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic,
permits, or government restrictions
* Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
* Average fitness level required; organisers are not responsible if participants cannot
complete the trek
* Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings,
valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
* Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
* Alcohol, smoking, misbehaviour, or delays will lead to immediate termination without
refund
* Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
* In case of organiser cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days

Cancellation Policy - Adi Kailash & Om Parvat Darshan

Refund Policy
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds
are initiated after the trip date.
* Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
* Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
* Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for
rescheduling or refund.
* If trek permits are not issued, an alternative trek/trip on the same date or a reschedule option will be provided. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
* 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
* 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the
original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
* If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.
