- Arrive in Leh at an altitude of 3,500 m, the starting point of your Ladakh adventure.
- Transfer to the pre-arranged hotel and settle in comfortably.
- Spend the day resting and allowing your body to adjust to the high altitude.
- Keep yourself hydrated and avoid strenuous activities during acclimatization.
- Relax while taking in the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.
- Continue your acclimatization in Leh and prepare yourself for the upcoming trek.
- Take ample rest and stay hydrated to adapt comfortably to the altitude.
- Enjoy the unique atmosphere of Leh and its surrounding mountain landscapes.
- Keep physical activity light as you prepare for the higher elevations ahead.
- After breakfast, drive from Leh to the peaceful village of Saboo at 3,900 m.
- Enjoy views of traditional Ladakhi settlements and rugged mountain scenery during the drive.
- Begin trekking from Saboo after crossing a small bridge and entering open grazing fields.
- Walk approximately 3 km to reach Saboo Phu at 4,200 m.
- Set up camp at the high-altitude grazing ground and unwind amidst the quiet landscape.
- Enjoy dinner and spend the night in tents beneath the Ladakhi sky.
- Leave Saboo Phu and gradually climb towards the Digar La Base at 4,850 m.

- To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternate trip or no refund.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own transport arrangements to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.

- 0–15 days prior: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund of the trek cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions or government restrictions

- Please contact the tour operator or driver for queries related to boarding points or vehicles.
- Arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
- Kindly cooperate with the tour operator in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- If any tourist spots are closed due to strikes, weather, or other unforeseen factors, those will not be covered in the sightseeing.
