Dayara Bugyal TrekThe Dayara Bugyal Trek is a scenic Himalayan adventure in Uttarakhand, known for its vast alpine meadows, peaceful forests and breathtaking mountain views. Located at around 3,408 metres, the trek offers a beautiful combination of nature, easy trails and panoramic Himalayan landscapes.
Starting from Raithal Village, the trail gradually climbs through peaceful oak, deodar and rhododendron forests before opening into the expansive meadows of Dayara Bugyal. Along the way, trekkers can enjoy views of snow-capped peaks including Bandarpoonch and Black Peak.
The journey also passes through Barnala Bugyal, Gujjar settlements, pristine streams and scenic mountain camps, offering an opportunity to experience the quiet charm of the Himalayan countryside. The summit section provides wide views across the Greater Himalayas, especially during sunrise and sunset.

Itinerary
- Begin the journey with pickup from Dehradun Railway Station between 6:00–7:00 AM.
- Drive towards Mussoorie, enjoying scenic views of the Shivalik ranges.
- Continue through Suwakholi and Uttarkashi, following winding mountain roads alongside the Bhagirathi River.
- Proceed towards Raithal Village, covering the scenic 30 km mountain stretch.
- Reach Raithal, the base village for the Dayara Bugyal Trek, and settle in for the night.
- Start trekking from Raithal Village towards Gui Camp.
- Ascend gradually through beautiful pine, oak and rhododendron forests.
- Enjoy occasional mountain views through open clearings along the trail.
- Cross the scenic Barnala Bugyal, surrounded by expansive meadows and Himalayan views.
- Pass Gujjar huts, grazing livestock and clear mountain streams.
- Reach Gui Camp, a peaceful campsite known for its beautiful sunset views.
- Begin the trek from Gui Camp towards Dayara Bugyal, reaching an altitude of approximately 12,645 ft.
- Climb gradually through oak and rhododendron forests before entering wider alpine meadows.

- Reach Raithal Village, marking the completion of the trek.
- Drive towards Uttarkashi and continue the scenic journey to Dehradun.
- Arrive in Dehradun after travelling through valleys, forests and mountain towns.

Terms And Conditions - Dayara Bugyal Trek 4D/3N
- To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternate trip or no refund.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own transport arrangements to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
Cancellation Policy - Dayara Bugyal Trek 4D/3N
- 0–15 days prior: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund of the trek cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions or government restrictions
Important Notes - Dayara Bugyal Trek 4D/3N
- Please contact the tour operator or driver for queries related to boarding points or vehicles.
- Arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
- Kindly cooperate with the tour operator in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- If any tourist spots are closed due to strikes, weather, or other unforeseen factors, those will not be covered in the sightseeing.
