With a dedicated summit day and a reserve day for changing weather conditions, the expedition is designed for trekkers looking for a more adventurous Himalayan experience. Itinerary
- Arrive in Manali and dedicate the day to getting comfortable with the high-altitude environment.
- Take short and relaxed walks around town without engaging in strenuous activities.
- Explore local temples, monasteries, historical landmarks, and traditional architecture.
- Spend some peaceful time at Van Vihar National Park surrounded by nature.
- Return to the camp in the evening for rest and preparation for the trek ahead.
- Begin the morning with a nourishing breakfast before setting out.
- Drive towards Solang Valley through scenic mountain roads and beautiful Himalayan surroundings.
- Start the trek towards Lady Leg, gradually entering the alpine landscape.
- Reach the campsite situated at approximately 3,800 metres.
- Settle into your tents and enjoy a relaxed evening beneath the mountain sky.
- Spend time with fellow trekkers around the campfire before resting for the night.
- Leave Lady Leg behind and begin the climb towards the Advance Base Camp.
- Follow a demanding trail featuring glacier crossings, steep rocky slopes, and narrow ridges.
- Take in the changing mountain scenery as the terrain becomes more challenging.
- Reach the Advance Base Camp and settle into camp.
- Check your climbing equipment and make sure all essential gear is ready for the summit attempt.
- Hydrate, have a nutritious meal, and get adequate rest for the demanding climb ahead.
- Begin the summit attempt shortly after midnight to make the most of the early hours.
- Ascend carefully across steep rocky sections and narrow ridgelines.
- Continue towards the summit of Friendship Peak, tackling the challenging terrain with focus.

- Remain at the campsite or return to a suitable previous campsite while waiting for better conditions.
- If the summit has already been completed, begin descending towards Lady Leg.
- Carefully negotiate the challenging terrain while maintaining secure footing.
- Reach Lady Leg, relax at camp, and celebrate the achievements of the expedition.
- Start the day with breakfast before continuing the descent.
- Trek back towards Raoli Thach, enjoying the surrounding mountain scenery.
- Continue onwards to Solang Nala and take time to relax after the trek.
- Depending on the itinerary, drive back to Manali after reaching Solang Nala.
- An alternate option is available for those continuing towards the ABC Lady Leg campsite for another night.
- Complete the final trek towards Solang Nala while enjoying views of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges.
- Once the trek concludes, begin the scenic drive back to Manali.
- Reach Manali by early evening and conclude the trekking adventure.
- Continue with your onward journey carrying memories of the Friendship Peak expedition.

Terms And Conditions - Friendship Peak Trek 7D/6N
- To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternate trip or no refund.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own transport arrangements to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.

- 0–15 days prior: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund of the trek cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions or government restrictions

- Please contact the tour operator or driver for queries related to boarding points or vehicles.
- Arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
- Kindly cooperate with the tour operator in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- If any tourist spots are closed due to strikes, weather, or other unforeseen factors, those will not be covered in the sightseeing.
