Itinerary
- Get picked up in Bangalore from the following pickup points.
- Vehicle: Non-AC with push-back seats for a comfortable overnight journey.
- On the first day of your Netravathi Trek, you will reach the homestay around 6:00 AM
- You will finish your breakfast and carry a packed lunch (In your empty steel box)
- Later, reach the trek base camp through a jeep ride.
- Around 9:00 AM, start the trek to Netravathi Peak, where you will cover a distance of 14 km (both ways).
- You can finish your packed lunch at the peak.
- Soak in the serene views from the peak.
- After finishing the trek around 6:00 PM, you will reach the homestay again.
- Enjoy the bonfire (If the weather permits)
- Savour the delicious dinner and retire for the night.

* If minimum bookings are not met or permits are unavailable, an alternative trek or
Reschedule will be offered; no refunds
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before and within 30 days of the
original date
* Itinerary, activities, and pickup/drop timings are subject to change due to weather, traffic,
permits, or government restrictions
* Facilities and accommodation are basic (tents, sleeping bags, dorms, or open sky)
* Average fitness level required; organisers are not responsible if participants cannot
complete the trek
* Namma Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings,
valuables, cash, jewellery, or gadgets
* Vegetarian food only, basic and hygienic
* Alcohol, smoking, misbehaviour, or delays will lead to immediate termination without
refund
* Participants must maintain cleanliness; littering is strictly prohibited
* In case of organiser cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 working days

- Refund Policy
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; in case of organiser cancellation, refunds
are initiated after the trip date.
* Once initiated, refunds may take 10–12 business days to reflect in the original account.
* Refunds via the website will have a 3% payment gateway fee deducted.
* Rescheduled trips are valid for up to 2 months; beyond that, the booking is not eligible for
rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policy
* 0–15 days before the trip: No refund, 100% of the tour cost charged.
* 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the tour cost charged.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to and within 30 days of the
original date. No requests will be accepted beyond this.
* If permits are unavailable for a trek, an alternate trek will be offered; no refund will be provided.

In case of permit issues or unforeseen restrictions, routes or the itinerary may be adjusted for safety and conservation. Day-wise plans may change, and the return to Bangalore could be delayed accordingly.Once your booking is confirmed, you will be added to a WhatsApp group on the departure day, around 5 PM, for all trek updates. Slots must be confirmed before Wednesday, and carrying the original ID proof (used for permit booking) is mandatory.
