Itinerary
Depart from Bangalore
- Assemble near Kathgodam Railway Station by 6:00 AM and begin the journey towards Munsiyari.
- Drive through the scenic Kumaon hills, surrounded by dense forests, valleys, and dramatic mountain views.
- Pass through picturesque towns including Almora, Bageshwar, and Thal.
- Enjoy the changing Himalayan landscapes as winding roads lead deeper into the mountains.
- Take in beautiful views of rivers, valleys, and distant Himalayan peaks along the way.
- Arrive in Munsiyari, situated at around 2,200 metres, by evening.
- Check in to your accommodation and unwind after the long mountain drive.
- Spend the evening exploring the peaceful surroundings or simply relaxing in the cool mountain air.
- Overnight stay in Munsiyari.
- Begin the morning with a hearty breakfast in Munsiyari before heading towards the trailhead.
- Drive approximately 5 km to Balati Bend, located at around 2,700 metres.
- Start the trek through beautiful Himalayan forests filled with oak and rhododendron trees.
- Gradually climb through peaceful trails with stunning views of the surrounding valleys.
- Reach the expansive Khaliya Bugyal, situated at approximately 3,500 metres.
- Take time to explore the vast alpine meadows and enjoy the breathtaking Himalayan panorama.
- Marvel at spectacular views of the Panchachuli, Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, and Rajrambha ranges.
- Capture the scenic beauty and spend some relaxing moments amidst the mountains.

- Reach Balati Bend and board the vehicle for the drive back to Munsiyari.
- Check in at the hotel, freshen up, and take some time to relax.
- Later, head out to explore the vibrant local market and experience the charm of Munsiyari.
- Visit popular local spots such as the Nanda Devi Temple and the local museum.
- Spend the evening soaking in the mountain views and exploring the local culture and cuisine.
- Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Munsiyari.
- Begin the day with an early breakfast at the hotel before starting the return journey.
- Depart from Munsiyari and drive towards Kathgodam through the scenic Kumaon hills.
- Enjoy the final views of lush valleys, winding roads, forests, and mountain rivers along the route.
- Pass through picturesque hill towns and familiar landscapes from the onward journey.
- Take short breaks along the way to refresh and enjoy the mountain surroundings.
- Reach Kathgodam by approximately 7:00 PM, subject to weather and road conditions.

Terms And Conditions - Khaliya Top Trek 3D/2N
- To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternate trip or no refund.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
- Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
Cancellation Policy - Khaliya Top Trek 3D/2N
- 0–15 days prior: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund of the trek cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions or government restrictions
Important Notes - Khaliya Top Trek 3D/2N
- Please contact the tour operator or driver for queries related to boarding points or vehicles.
- Arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
- Kindly cooperate with the tour operator in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- If any tourist spots are closed due to strikes, weather, or other unforeseen factors, those will not be covered in the sightseeing.
