Itinerary
Arrive at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station and transfer to your hotel. You may also opt for a boat ride along the historic ghats, including Manikarnika, Panchganga, and Harishchandra Ghats, at an additional cost.

Terms And Conditions - Uttar Pradesh Spiritual Circuit
1. Booking Confirmation: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the package and generate the booking confirmation number.
2. Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before check-in, subject to the supplier's payment terms. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required.
3. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel confirmation vouchers are issued after receipt of 100% payment.
4. Transport and Sightseeing: The vehicle will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary and group size. Additional sightseeing, route changes, extra vehicle usage, or multiple pick-ups and drop-offs may incur additional charges.
5. Optional Activities: Boat rides, special darshan, special aarti arrangements, guide services, entrance fees, and other optional activities are chargeable separately unless explicitly included in the booking.
6. Hotel and Service Availability: Hotel names are indicative and subject to availability. Similar-category accommodation may be provided if the listed hotels are unavailable.
7. Itinerary Changes: The sightseeing schedule may be adjusted due to traffic, local restrictions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances: Additional expenses arising from natural calamities, roadblocks, political disturbances, or similar events must be borne by the traveller, as applicable.
9. Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, tips, insurance, beverages, shopping, and services not listed under inclusions are excluded from the package price.
10. Payment Default: The supplier reserves the right to release bookings if payment deadlines are not met, in accordance with its stated payment policy.
Cancellation Policy - Uttar Pradesh Spiritual Circuit
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost, including transportation, accommodation, and other booked services, as specified by the supplier.
