Itinerary
Depart from Bangalore
- Arrive in Manali at least a day before the journey to Kaza and get ready for the high-altitude adventure ahead.
- Use the preparation time to organize your trekking gear and purchase any last-minute essentials.
- Make the most of Manali as the final major town to stock up on supplies before entering the remote Spiti region.
- Begin the approximately 202 km journey towards Kaza, travelling through spectacular Himalayan landscapes.
- Take time to rest and acclimatize as you transition towards the higher elevations of Spiti Valley.
- Reach Kaza and settle into your accommodation, preparing for the trek ahead.
- Overnight stay in Kaza.
Scenic Drive into Spiti Valley | Preparation & Acclimatization
- Begin the morning with a short hill walk, keeping the activity light and comfortable for acclimatization.
- After breakfast, take a gentle walk along the Spiti River, enjoying the peaceful valley surroundings.
- Explore the nearby Key Monastery and local gompas, experiencing the spiritual and cultural character of Spiti.

High-Altitude Acclimatization | Explore Chicham Village

- Continue beyond Dumla, where the trail becomes steeper and the climb demands a steady pace.
- Ascend through loose soil and gravel trails, with sparse vegetation and typical rugged Spiti terrain along the route.
- Tackle the steep climb for around three hours, gradually gaining altitude while enjoying expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Terms And Conditions - Parang La Trek 12D/11N
- To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
- If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternate trip or no refund.
- We have designated pick-up and drop points; make your own transport arrangements to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
- Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
- Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold responsibility of terminated clients.
- Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

- 0–15 days prior: No refund; 100% of the cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund of the trek cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen conditions or government restrictions
Important Notes - Parang La Trek 12D/11N
- Please contact the tour operator or driver for queries related to boarding points or vehicles.
- Arrive at your designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before departure time.
- Kindly cooperate with the tour operator in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.
- If any tourist spots are closed due to strikes, weather, or other unforeseen factors, those will not be covered in the sightseeing.
